Brent Kelly: I want to ask it again, in your short career in the insurance world at this point, what have you seen, Toye, as your biggest breakthrough or success to this point?
Toye Oshoniyi: I was thinking about this question this morning. And I would say, is being prepared, is one of the key, what has really helped. And what I mean by that is, I think there’s a lot of different ways that you can go about this business. And everybody, I feel like, just in this short time, you’re so busy. There’s so many things, I feel, that can consume your day. …
So one thing that we’ve really started focusing on as an agency is, starting that process really, really early. … We’ve got to take a look at it and say, “Do we have enough time to really add the value that we really want to add and create the relationship that we really want to create?”
